Refund Policy

We want you to try Sprechly with no risk, which is why Teil 1 is free before you pay anything. If you do pay and it is not right for you, here is how refunds work.

Exam Pass (30-day subscription)

• Full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have completed no more than one full mock exam in that period. Just email us.
• After 14 days, or after two or more full mocks, the current period is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will not be charged again; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if you have not started a full mock since the renewal.

3-Mock Pack (one-time)

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started any of the three mocks.
• Once a mock has been started, the pack is non-refundable.

Technical failures

If a full mock fails because of an error on our side (crash, no score produced, provider outage), we restore that mock to your allowance automatically. If it happens repeatedly and you prefer a refund, we will refund the current period in full regardless of the rules above.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sprechly.live from the address on your account with the subject "Refund". Include the Paddle order number from your receipt if you have it. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by our payment partner Paddle to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
