Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These Terms govern your use of Sprechly (the "Service"), available at sprechly.live. The Service is operated by Abdelmounim Moulim, a registered sole proprietor in Safi, Morocco ("Sprechly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Sprechly is
Sprechly is a software service that simulates the speaking part of German language exams (currently Goethe-Zertifikat B1 / ÖSD B1 and telc Deutsch B1) using artificial intelligence, and produces an estimated score and feedback.
Sprechly is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Goethe-Institut, ÖSD, telc gGmbH, or any exam board. Exam names are used solely to describe the exams you can practise for. All practice tasks are original and written by Sprechly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Notify us at hello@sprechly.live of any unauthorised use.
4. Scores are estimates
Scores, pass/fail indications and feedback are generated automatically by AI models and are estimates only. They are not official results, do not predict or guarantee your result in any real exam, and may contain errors. Exam results are determined solely by the exam board and its examiners.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- Exam Pass: a 30-day subscription that renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled. It includes a monthly allowance of full mock exams (shown at purchase) and unlimited single-part drills. Unused mocks do not roll over.
- 3-Mock Pack: a one-time purchase of three full mock exams, valid for 90 days from purchase.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which handles checkout, taxes, invoices and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to every purchase: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Prices may be shown in your local currency; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.
You can cancel an Exam Pass at any time from your account or via the Paddle receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy at sprechly.live/refund.
7. Fair use
The Service is for your personal exam preparation. You may not share your account, resell access, scrape or copy our tasks or feedback, reverse-engineer the Service, use it to build a competing product, or use it in any unlawful way. We may limit usage that is clearly automated or abusive, and we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Voice recordings and data
Using the Service requires recording your voice. How we handle recordings and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at sprechly.live/privacy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Service
We are a small, early-stage product. Features, task banks, scoring models and prices may change. We will notify active subscribers by email of price changes at least 14 days before they take effect; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
10. Availability
We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Third-party AI and speech providers we depend on may experience outages. If a paid mock fails because of an error on our side, we will restore the mock to your allowance.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, task bank, feedback texts and branding belong to Sprechly. You keep ownership of your voice recordings and grant us the licence described in the Privacy Policy to process them in order to provide the Service.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss arising from your result in a real exam. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 4, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
